Once all details are approved, I’ll prepare the contract outlining the scope, timeline and cost. This sets clear expectations for both sides and allows us to start within three business days.
We’ll have a video call to get to know each other and discuss the project in detail. We’ll cover the project structure, content, materials and everything needed to get started.
I’ll create a prototype that defines the website structure and user flow, placing key content in the right locations. This helps us align on the structure before moving into visual design and prevents major changes later.
